Long Bio

Crystallin is a life and leadership coach who works virtually with clients all over the world. Originally trained as a therapist at Naropa University, she holds both Bachelors and Masters degrees in Contemplative Psychology, a discipline that lies at the intersection of ancient Buddhist wisdom and modern psychological science. She is certified by NLP Marin as a Master NLP Practitioner, and also by the Leadership Circle Group to administer the Leadership Circle Profile.

She is the founder and leader of the Bay Area T-Group Community, where she teaches and facilitates what she calls "T-Group 2.0." In addition to the weekly Sunday Night gatherings, she offers a variety of small, closed groups, day-long intensives, and multi-day retreats. She completed comprehensive training in group dynamics, systems theory, and facilitation at the Matrix Leadership Institute in Boulder, Colorado, and was a dedicated member of the Boulder T-Group Community for over two years.

Crystallin's passion is connection, because it is the strongest determinant of our happiness and wellbeing in life. She has made it her mission to figure out exactly how and specifically where our connections go off the rails, and to find the most effective ways to help people overcome these obstacles and create the kind of depth and intimacy we all need. Connection is also one of the strongest determinants of how groups function and how teams work together (or don't). The very same principles that apply to interpersonal connections in the context of a community T-Group also apply to the conversations and negotiations that happen in the office and the board room. Crystallin believes that connection forms the basis, the foundation that either supports or hinders all our endeavors.
