3-Month Cohorts exploring the Three Dimensions of Relating
Each dimension represents a set of skills that will help you unlock the full power of relating
Relating to Self: Personal Power
This is the power of deep self-knowing that allows you to move with clarity and decisiveness. It is the power to transcend self-limitations, discovering vast inner reservoirs of creativity and effectiveness. As you build immunity to the forces that would keep you stuck and small, you empower yourself to follow through on the things that are most important to you.
Relating to Other: Interpersonal Power
This is the power of communication, the art of understanding and being understood. Interpersonal power allows you to create experiences of deep, authentic connection, as well as effective, rewarding collaboration. You learn to wield influence with integrity, to embrace difficult conversations as opportunities, and to overcome habitual patterns of reactivity and defensiveness.
Relating to the Group: Systemic Power
This power allows you to perceive groups as singular, dynamic systems instead of a collection of individual parts. As you begin to see and understand the systemic dynamics that are invisible or simply baffling to most, you become a catalyst for group cohesion, health, and strength through your presence and participation alone.
Our capacity to relate is a skill worth training.
Few things will have a greater impact on our longevity, wellbeing, and fulfillment.
Masterful Relating is that training.
Each Cohort Will Include:
Weekly Classes
The full-length teachings on each topic in the Curriculum below will provided in a weekly article. The Weekly Classes will begin with a brief presentation on the most important concepts in the article, and the rest of our time will be spent in experiential exercises and practices that will help you to more deeply integrate and embody the teachings. All together, the articles will leave you with a comprehensive map of the Three Dimensions of Relating.
Weekly T-Group Sessions
Insight alone isn’t sufficient for real and lasting change, especially when it comes to our life-long patterns in communicating and relating. T-Group is essentially a laboratory where you can study your patterns, make discoveries, and experiment with new ways of being. Working intimately with your Cohort, you will train systematically in each of the Three Dimensions of Relating, reshaping the neural pathways of your relational habits.
1-1 Office Hours
This is a time for you to receive personal support and guidance, both for your T-Group practice and in applying your learning to your life outside the course. Masterful Relating is a complex and challenging skill, and though it’s relatively easy to understand in theory, it is much more difficult to implement in practice. These 1-1 meetings help students bridge the gap between theory and practice, discovering novel pathways through even the most difficult relational moments.

Summer Cohorts are now full, but you can save your spot early in one of the Fall Cohorts!
A $100 deposit saves your spot in your Cohort. The remaining amount will be processed automatically at the beginning of the Cohort, and you will have the option to either pay the rest of your tuition in full or take advantage of the 2- or 3-Payment Plan. You will receive a 100% refund of your deposit if you withdraw from the Cohort at least two weeks before it begins. No refunds will be made after the Cohorts begin, as it is not possible to fill spots with new members once the course is under way.
The full tuition for the 3-Month Cohorts is $600. Your $100 deposit will be deducted from these amounts.

Logistics
The Opening Intensive
The first T-Group Practice Session of the Cohort will serve as your Opening Intensive, and it will be 30 minutes longer than the rest of the sessions (so please plan for 2.5 hours). I will be facilitating exercises that support the initial formation of your unique group, and ensuring that everyone is up to speed with the mechanics of T-Group practice.
The Weekly Classes
The Weekly Class will be held on Thursdays from 6:00 - 7:30 PM. They will be attended by all Cohorts simultaneously, so it is an opportunity to connect with the wider community. The Class will include a brief presentation of the most important concepts from the week’s article, and the rest of the time will be spent in experiential exercises and practices that will help to deepen and integrate your understanding of the material. For those who wish to stay after the class for additional Q&A and discussion, I will be available for an extra 30 minutes.
Attendance at the Weekly Class is not strictly mandatory. However, since the Class will set the tone for the week’s Practice Session (providing the specific idea or dynamic to focus on in your T-Group), you are kindly asked to make sure you watch the Video before the next Practice Session so that you are caught up with your Cohort. The presentation, description of the exercises, and any necessary supporting materials will be recorded and available to you on the members-only Video Library Page.
The Weekly T-Group Practice Sessions
In addition to the Opening Intensive, I will be present as a facilitator and coach during the second, third, and seventh Practice Sessions. The time of this session will be structured somewhat differently: for the last 30 minutes, we will collaboratively debrief the group’s process, weaving in themes from the articles and classes, and I will also provide individualized feedback for those who request it.
Unlike Cohorts I have done in the past, I will not be present for every meeting. Aside from the Opening Intensive and the facilitated sessions noted above, I will be turning leadership over to the group itself, and here’s why: I have found that the collective intelligence emerges more powerfully and the process becomes more deeply transformative when the group takes responsibility for itself, rather than continually looking to a single leader for direction.
Only two pre-planned absences from the Weekly Practice Sessions are allowed in this course.
The 1-1 Office Hours with Crystallin
Two 30-Minute meetings are included with the 3-Month Cohort. You will find links to schedule your Office Hours at the top of your member’s only Video Library Page.
Location
The Weekly Classes, T-Group Practice Sessions, and 1-1 Office Hours will all be hosted on Zoom. The link will be sent to you in the Welcome Email and will remain the same for all meetings.
Refund Policy
The $100 deposits will be refunded 100% if you withdraw at least two weeks before the beginning of the course. No refunds will be made after the Cohorts begin, as it is not possible to fill spots with new members once the course is under way.
